Are you ready for a deep dive into the life enrichening Vedic wisdom of Self-knowledge and One-ness? An inspiring experience of the richly beautiful spirituality of India? Purna Vidya Foundation is a quiet, beautiful traditional ashram situated in nature – surrounded by the red stone of the famous Coimbatore hills and a lush green jungle with palms and banana trees, home to peacocks, monkeys and wild elephants.
Join us with an amazing group for this inspiring experience of a Yoga teacher training focused on both Vedic philosophy and Yin Yoga. Including daily chanting and Sanskrit, Yin & Yang Yoga, Pranayama & Meditation. As well as temple visits, temple prayers, shopping trips and an Indian cooking class.

1) 100 hrs TTC: 1.680 Euro (to be payed at registration, non-refundable)
- Includes all classes: Vedanta, Sankrit and Yoga, theory and practice
- counts as Yin Yoga TTC module 3 (philosophy) – 40 hrs and Yin Yoga TTC module 2 (Yin Yoga, chakras & meridians ) – 40 hrs

2) from 514 Euro (double room): accommodation and all outings
Includes:
- 15-nights in ashram:room and full board: 3 meals plus 3 teas per day – all organic, plant based, sattvic food.
- Several trips and outings (incl.temple fees) and local treks:
- Day-trip to Coimbatore with temples and shopping of local crafts and goods.
- Local nature treks in the Unesco World heritage region of the Western Ghats.
- Trip to Kerala o r waterfall trip (depending on weather etc.)
- Special Indian cooking class only for our group: learn to prepare your favourite Indian dish at home!

Total: 2.194 Euro for 15 day TTC with double room accommodation, food & board and all trips.
Prices excludes: flight, shuttle Coimbatore airport – Ashram (appr. 30- 50 Euro both ways), Tip for staff (50 Euro recommended) and Guru Dakshina (75 Euro recommended) ****. There might be an option to see a great Vedic astrologer: please count bringing about 30 Euro extra for that if you wish. Material needed for training (one Paul Grilley book is to be read beforehand: appr. 6 Euro (Kindle) or 25 Euro (Hardcover)).

Minimum participants 8 – maximum participants 24 (max. ashram capacity).
*Single accommodation available on request only on-site in India based on availability!
**traditional Ashram Standard: please expect clean and basic rooms. That usually means solar heated water and a bucketshower, sometimes a regular shower outlet. Unlimited filtered drinking water (cold and hot) is available. No laundry / dryer service is available, hand washing of clothes is of course possible. Please note: indian toilets have health faucets – no toilet paper is being used. Power outages are a daily routine in India. Capucchino’s or western style food options are not available in / near the ashram.
***Note: Please note that you won’t receive a receipt for this part of your payment, as it forms a fund for severals smaller group bills that we’ll keep paying during our stay. It includes your room and board as well as several vehicle rentals, gas and drivers we pay for our outings. As well as temple offerings being made, fruits we buy for our group, the hall rental in the ashram for our TTC, etc…
****Guru Dakshina is a Tradition based personal offering to the Vedic teacher at the closing of the teachings. You could count about 75 Euro extra for these personal offerings to Ammaji and Swamiji, if you feel inclined to do so.

The ashram is located just outside the buzzing city of Coimbatore with all its modern comfort and western Standard medical hospitals. It’s situated in a very rural and lush jungle area at the foot of the Coimbatore hills with surrounding tribal villages. Wildlife encounters are part of the daily experience in the ashram!
If your timing permits it, you could also spend a few days before or after in the Purna Vidya ashram, if there is availability. It’s very worth to just stay there and rest – or give yourself a few calm days of personal retreat. We are happy to support you in that, too.
