100 hrs Yin Yoga Teacher Training with Ammaji, Swamiji and Helga

Content:

+ 40 hrs Philosophy (Module 3)
+ 50 hrs Yin Yoga, chakras & meridians (Module 2)
+ 10+ hrs temple prayers and temple visits.

Teaching language:

English for all parts of TTC.

Are you ready for a deep dive into the life enrichening Vedic wisdom of Self-knowledge and One-ness? An inspiring experience of the richly beautiful spirituality of India? Purna Vidya Foundation is a quiet, beautiful traditional ashram situated in nature – surrounded by the red stone of the famous Coimbatore hills and a lush green jungle with palms and banana trees, home to peacocks and wild elephants.

Join us with an amazing group for this inspiring experience of a training with Vedic philosophy and Yin Yoga. Including daily chanting and Sanskrit, Yin & Yang Yoga, Pranayama & Meditation. As well as temple visits, sacred fire rituals (Yajna), organic farm visit, shopping trip and Indian cooking class.

Please note: Host of the event is Purna Vidya Foundation (Ammaji) in India. Mindful Yin+Yoga is only handling the registration process for European students  in the name of Purna Vidya Foundation, but is not the host of the event.

Pricing

1) 100 hrs TTC: 1.590 € (to be payed at registration, non-refundable)

Includes:
+ 100 hrs TTC + script + certificate
+ Indian cooking class
+ Temple visits, sacred fire rituals (Yajna) and temple prayers
+ Trips and treks (shopping trip, temple trip, jungle/waterfall trip, organic farm visit)

2)  Double room accommodation: 45.000 INR ₹  (to be payed in cash in INR at the ashram in India)

Includes:
+ 14-nights ashram stay room and board (3 vegetarian Indian meals plus 2 chai teas per day in double room accommodation – in simple and traditional Indian Ashram standard*)

Total: 2.095 € for TTC, double room accommodation, food and board. 

Note: Single accommodation is available on request on-site. Availability depends on the number of participants and ashram capacity and can only be arranged on-site based, on availability. The Pricing for single accommodation is 67.500 INR ₹ (to be payed in cash in INR at the ashram in India). Unmarried couples can share a double room.

Price does not include:

Flights, shuttle from the airport to the ashram and back (approx. 1,500 INR ₹), traditional personal offerings at temples, tips at the ashram and Guru Dakshina** (customary personal offerings to the teachers). If you budget around 200 € for all of that, you are going to be fine. Material needed for training (one book / e-book to be read beforehand)

Minimum participants 8 – maximum participants 24 (max. ashram capacity).
We have reached the minimum registrations – so the training is now taking place!

* Ashram Standard

Solar heated water. Bucket Shower or regular shower. Unlimited filtered drinking water. Please bring your own towels, and an organic washing soap. No laundry / dryer service is available, hand washing of clothes is of course possible. Please note: indian toilets have bidets or health faucets – no toilet paper is used. Please expect clean and basic, traditional ashram standard. No luxuries like capucchino’s or western style food options available.

** Guru Dakshina

is a customary personal offering to the Vedic teacher at the closing of the teachings, you could count about 100 € extra for these personal offerings to Ammaji and Swamiji. Additionally, we recommend planing a total of about 50 € as tip for the entire Ashram staff , if you feel inclined to do so.

 

Optional:

Extend your stay in India after the TTC for an Ayurvedic treatment in the eco-friendly Vedic village ‘Maitreyi’ for 8 – 15 days, along with Helga, Ammaji and Swamiji (cost not included).
